Review

This is one of those books that no matter what you do right, everything goes wrong. I usually don’t like that kind of thing, but this was pretty good once the story got going. I didn’t care for Calla at first — she seemed a bit fluffy, and after Violet, I was kinda expecting another kick-butt, strong female lead — but circumstances quickly fix that.

Otherwise, A Faerie’s Secret was great, and a great start in the next leg of the story. Oh, and Calla is Ryn’s little sister! That was a neat little jump.

**There is some occasional mild swearing in this series, but this trio of books is mild in the steamy romance area.
